FEES & PAYOUTS

AmaJova keeps seller fees, buyer-facing fees, order completion and payout timing separate so you can clearly understand the charges and timing that apply to an order.

The seller platform fee is separate from any buyer-facing Buyer Service Fee.

TWO SIDES OF THE TRANSACTION

Seller fees and buyer-facing fees are different

The seller platform fee applies to the seller's earnings. The buyer-facing Buyer Service Fee only appears when a seller chooses to pass it on rather than absorb it.

BUYER-FACING FEE

When the seller absorbs it, the buyer sees one price

AmaJova gives sellers the choice. Absorbing the buyer-facing fee can keep the advertised price and checkout price the same.

When the seller passes the fee on, it is shown clearly before the buyer confirms payment.

FROM DELIVERY TO PAYOUT

Completion comes before payout clearance

The order review period and payout-clearance period are two different clocks. This is the sequence.

1

Seller fulfils

The product, service, digital access or live session is delivered as promised.

2

Buyer reviews

The buyer can confirm completion or raise an eligible issue during the applicable review period.

3

Order completes

If the buyer confirms, completion happens immediately. Otherwise AmaJova can automatically complete the order after the current review period if no eligible issue stops it.

4

Payout clearance begins

The seller's payout-clearance countdown starts only after the order enters Completed status.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Fees and payout FAQs

Short answers to the questions sellers and buyers are most likely to ask.

How much does AmaJova charge sellers?

The current public seller-tier fees are loading. The applicable fee is also shown in your seller records.

Does every buyer pay a Buyer Service Fee?

No. Sellers can absorb the buyer-facing Buyer Service Fee. When a seller passes it on, the applicable fee is shown clearly before the buyer confirms payment.

When does payout clearance start?

Only after the order enters Completed status. The current payout-clearance period then depends on the seller tier and offer type.

What happens if the buyer does not mark the order completed?

If no eligible revision request or dispute interrupts the process, AmaJova can automatically complete the order after the current review period for that offer type.

Is the first payout request free?

The current payout-request policy is loading.

Can these fees and payout periods change?

Yes. AmaJova may update fees, seller-tier benefits, review periods, payout-clearance timing and payout-request rules. The current settings in your account and the amounts shown at checkout or payout request are the applicable values for your transaction.
