Welcome to AmaJova! To ensure a smooth experience for both service providers and clients, we have outlined our service licensing terms. By using AmaJova, you agree to these terms, which define the ownership, usage rights, and responsibilities for all services purchased through our platform.
1. Service Licensing & Usage Rights
AmaJova connects clients with service providers who offer digital services. The licensing terms for each service depend on the agreement between the service provider and the client.
1.1 Ownership of Work
- Service providers retain ownership of their work unless explicitly transferred to the client.
- Clients receive the right to use the purchased service for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., personal, commercial, or exclusive use).
1.2 License Types
- Personal Use License: The service may only be used for non-commercial, private projects.
- Commercial Use License: The service may be used for business purposes but not resold.
- Exclusive Rights License: Full ownership is transferred to the client, allowing resell or modification without restrictions.
The applicable license should be clearly communicated between service providers and clients before placing an order.
2. Payment & Service Completion
- All payments are processed securely through AmaJova’s system.
- Service providers must deliver completed work within the agreed timeframe.
- Clients are encouraged to review and approve work before marking orders as completed.
3. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
- Refunds are only processed in cases where the service provider fails to deliver as agreed.
- In case of a dispute, AmaJova provides mediation, but final resolution is determined by the service agreement between the client and provider.
- Clients must report any disputes within 5 days of receiving the service.
4. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality services that match the description and client expectations.
- Provide necessary revisions if included in the service agreement.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of clients (e.g., confidentiality for custom projects).
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate project requirements before ordering.
- Use purchased services only within the agreed licensing terms.
- Provide fair and honest reviews based on their experience.
6. Legal Compliance
- All users must comply with applicable laws when using AmaJova.
- Services involving illegal, offensive, or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden.
- AmaJova reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Modifications & Updates
AmaJova reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
